Privacy Policy

This website does not collect personal information about its visitors. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking cookies.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. The site is a set of static pages. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics software, and does not embed tracking pixels or social media widgets.

Server logs

Like most websites, the service that hosts these pages may automatically record standard technical information when a page is requested — an IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is generated by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors or combine it with other information.

Web fonts

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. Google describes its handling of this data in the Google Fonts privacy FAQ. No other third party receives information from your visit.

If you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond to you and, where a conversation leads somewhere, to carry on that discussion. We keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our business, or longer where we are required to.

We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information, and we do not add people to marketing lists. We share information only with professional advisers who are working with us on a specific matter, or where the law requires it.

Confidential material

Please do not send confidential or sensitive business information by email before we have agreed in writing how it will be handled. Ordinary email is not a secure medium, and sending it to us does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation. See the Terms below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because this site collects nothing, in practice this will usually concern email correspondence. Write to info@twopointpartners.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.

Terms of Use

This site is published for general informational purposes. Using it means you accept the terms below.

Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any fund, entity, or investment. Nothing here is an offer to provide investment advisory services. Any such offer, if one is ever made, would be made only through formal documentation to eligible persons and would be governed entirely by that documentation.

Not advice

The content of this site is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and should not be relied on as the basis for any decision. Two Point Partners is not acting as your adviser or fiduciary by publishing it. You should consult your own professional advisers about your particular circumstances.

No relationship created

Visiting this site, or sending us an email through the address published on it, does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or confidential relationship between you and us, and does not obligate us to keep the contents of an unsolicited message confidential. A confidentiality obligation arises only under a signed written agreement.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Descriptions of what we look for and how we work are general statements of approach, not commitments, and they may change without notice. Statements about intentions or expectations for the future are not guarantees, and outcomes may differ.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Point Partners and the people associated with it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its contents.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and marks on this site are ours, or are used with permission. You may read and share the pages, but please do not reproduce substantial portions of the content, or use our name or marks, without written permission.

External links

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
